Will play on March 2
James Bay will be playing the Academy 2 on March 2.
He will supported by an Irish talent in the form of Laura Elizabeth Hughes.
James Bay uses his raw expressions and gravelly voice work in a unison that captivates audiences and strips pop melodies back to a skeletal structures.
Interpreting the music of his heroes Carole King, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Jackson Browne and James Taylor, James Bay is a young singer-songwriter hailing from the small town of Hitchin in the UK, who has already gained a reputation due to stints at London's Blue Flowers club, supporting Laura Mvula, and the Communion monthly night at Notting Hill Arts Club.
James Bay is due to embark on a 29 date two month tour of the UK, before headlining 15 dates of his own and then back on the road with Kodaline with a full band in March.
