Glen Hansard announces Irish dates

A winter homecoming...

Having enjoyed a fruitful summer that saw him take in packed shows at the Iveagh Gardens, the Galway Arts Festival and sharing the stage with The Boss, Glen Hansard is set for a Dublin date when he pitches up at Vicar St on Tuesday November 26. The former Frames man will also play Cork's Cyprus Avenue on Monday October 28.

With Rhythm and Repose still capturing acclaim, expect Glen to be in buoyant mood when he takes to the stage with his full band comprising of all members of The Frames in addition to a brass and string section.

Tickets priced €30 for the Vicar St show go on sale this Friday September 6 at 9am via Ticketmaster and usual outlets. Tickets for the Cyprus Avenue date priced €20 are available from also from Friday.
