Game of Thrones season 6 may be postponed
HBO has scheduled a new program during the drama's time slot for April
It has been reported that the epic medieval action-packed fantasy series, Game of Thrones, has possibly pushed its release of its sixth season to as late as May 2016.
This was discovered when HBO announced their schedule for the upcoming year.
The new Martin Scorsese program, Vinyl, will be released February 14 and run until April 17 on HBO. The catch is that it will air during the usual time slot of Game of Thrones at 9PM on Sundays.
Past seasons of the medieval drama have begun in April, with the third season even debuting in late March.
HBO's timetable indicates a late April to early May release, but we are hoping that our favourite series will be released sooner.
