American musician and founder of Electric Six Dick Valentine will appear at the East Side Tavern on August 29 for a solo, acoustic experience.
It’s shaping up to be a low pressure, good time affair as the American icon strips down old favourites from the Electric Six catalogue, including 'Danger! High Voltage' and 'Gay Bar'. Valentine will also have an offering of solo material, and is open to requested good-time covers.
The show will give fans an opportunity to be among the first to purchase his newest album, Robocalls. The LP is Valentine's fourth solo album.
Electric Six won't be making any live appearances in 2017, so this will be the next best thing for fans of the Detroit rockers.
Tickets are on sale now for €10 plus booking fee via eventbrite.ie.
