Fatboy Slim, Flaming Lips, Damien Dempsey, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Mercury Rev and Public Enemy are some of the heavyweight attractions at the Electric Picnic, which this year is a two-day event taking place on the Stradbally Estate, County Laois on September 3 and 4.
To cater for weekend revellers, full camping facilities will be available along with a food stalls and separate massage, healing and cinema areas.

Guaranteed to be one of the stand-out events of the summer, the line-up so far is:
Saturday September 3 – Kraftwerk, Fatboy Slim, Flaming Lips, Damien Dempsey, Arcade Fire, Royksopp, Laurent Garnier, Stereo MCs, Goldfrapp, Mixmaster Mike and Asian Dub Foundation
Sunday September 4 – De La Soul, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Mercury Rev, Public Enemy, 2 Many DJs, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Toots & The Maytals, DJ Sneak, Nouvelle Vague, Mr Scruff and The Human League.

There will also be a Comedy Stage on both days hosted by Tommy Tiernan and Des Bishop.
