The indie-pop singer and soulful songwriter will play the first Live at the Liquor Rooms of 2017 this week!
This Thursday, The Liquor Rooms will host another gig to kick off the new year, this time with indie pop star ELE and soul-singer Claire Z. If you missed ELE's set at Whelan's Ones to Watch last week, don't worry, you've got another chance to catch up with her this Thursday. As ELE has already played at Electric Picnic and toured all around the U.K and Ireland, there seem to be no limits to what she can do in 2017. She promises to release new singles and videos this year; make sure you get to hear them live first.
Claire Z is an emotive songwriter who says she gets her best inspiration from the likes of Erykah Badu, Lauryn Hill and Norah Jones. Last year she released her first EP, performed at the iconic Ruby Sessions, and supported Hermitage Green. Her debut EP is available on SoundCloud. Check out her single, "Dream Chasing," below.
The music starts at 8pm at The Liquor Rooms, and don't worry, admission is free.
