Duke Special rounds off another insanely busy year with a solo Irish jaunt that takes him to Boggers, Ardee (December 1); Kenny’s, Lahinch (6); Siamsa Tire, Tralee (7); An Grianan, Letterkenny (8); An Creagan, Armagh (9); Pepper Canister Church, Dublin (10); The Yard, Wexford (11); Glor, Ennis (12); Spirit Store, Dundalk (13); Atlantic, Portrush (14); Hollywood Arts Centre, Newry (15); Lime Tree Theatre, Limerick (16) and Opera House, Cork (17).
Among various other 2012 projects, he’s contributed ‘Condition’ to the “12 artists, 1 microphone, 1 album” Naked Sessions Vol. 1, which also features a track apiece from David Ford, Jenny Linfors, Gemma Hayes, Frank Hamilton, Misty Miller, Megan Henwood, Alexander Wolfe, Jack Savoretti, Foreign Slippers, Emily Barker & The Red Clay Halo and Dawn Landes and is available from iTunes.
