After whispers earlier this year, the reports are picking up steam
We're always cautious of jumping the gun on these stories, but suffice to say there's a fair few fingers and toes crossed at HP Towers as rumours of a Talking Heads reunion intensify.
Back in March, the first whispers of a new album and tour set for 2017 started, though little by way of confirmation or detail was immediately forthcoming. Now, however, it's been suggested that David Byrne, Chris Frantz, Jerry Harrison and Tina Weymouth are in studio, and have already committed as many as eight tracks to tape.
Of course, this could all be tall tales and rumour, though we certainly hope it's not. The band, who were one of the seminal groups of the 80s, broke up in 1991 – and some 25 years later, we're still dying to see them again.
