Dexter's Michael Hall plays the lead alien in the show, which crosses the Atlantic in October
Tickets have gone on sale for the London production of Lazarus, the “hallucinatory musical collaboration” between David Bowie and Dubliner Enda Walsh whose CV includes Hunger, Disco Pigs and Once.
The show is based on The Man Who Fell To Earth, the Walter Tevis novel that was turned into a 1976 film starring the Thin White Duke.
It features re-worked material from Bowie’s back catalogue along with new compositions that would've sounded right at home on the likes of Aladdin Sane and Diamond Dogs.
Already a big hit in New York, it stars former Dexter and Six Feet Under man Michael C. Hall as the central alien character, former child star Sophia Anne Caruso and Michael Esper.
Cheerleaders include Rolling Stone who enthused: "At its core, Lazarus is a two-hour meditation on grief and lost hope, but it takes so many wild, fantastical, eye-popping turns that it never drags."
Running from October 25-January 21 in the Kings Cross Theatre, you can book now at [link]lazarusmusical.com[/link]
