The Grammy nominated artist, who is a self-confessed mixed martial arts fan and wants Conor McGregor to kick Mayweather's ass, has been chosen to sing before the eagerly anticipated exhibition fight this weekend.
“Singer-songwriter Demi Lovato will sing the National Anthem prior to the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor main event Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas,” according to a press release statement.

Hyping her up, the press statement added: “Lovato is a Grammy-nominated artist with one of the world’s most powerful voices on-and-off the stage and will be singing the anthem at a boxing event for the first time in her career.”
Back in June, Demi said that she was putting her money on McGregor to cause an upset. "Conor’s crazy! And sometimes you can’t beat crazy," she told TMZ. "I want Conor to win because it would be so good for MMA."
