Ahead of its official release date, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire soundtrack is now streaming in full
The soundtrack for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is lavishly star-studded. And right now, it’s free to stream on itunes. Artists such as The National, Coldplay, the Weekend, Santigold, Antony & The Johnsons, Patti Smith, Lorde and Christina Aguilera- to name a few- have all contributed to the sound of the series’ second movie.
Coldplay’s new track, ‘Atlas,’ is the first piece that the band has ever written for a movie, and their first song released since 2011. The movie’s director, Francis Lawrence, comments;
“I have great respect and admiration for Coldplay, and we are thrilled with how well they have connected to the themes and ideas within the film. Their unwavering passion and excitement for the project elevated the collaboration even further.”
