The Roxy Music leader is bringing a big bag of greatest hits with him!
That most seasoned of musicians, Bryan Ferry, has confirmed intimate Irish shows in the Dublin Olympia (April 21) and Waterfront, Belfast (23). Tickets priced from €71.50 and £45 respectively go on sale at 10am on Friday October 13 and will doubtless be snapped up in double quick time.
The seller of over thirty million albums, Ferry, who was awarded an OBE in 2011 for his contribution to the British music industry, will be dipping into a back catalogue that stretches all the way back to the early ‘70s with Roxy Music classics like ‘Love Is The Drug’, ‘Both Ends Burning’, ‘Virginia Plain’, ‘Ladytron’, ‘Oh Yeah’ and ‘Avalon’ in abundance.
