All whose lives are affected by Brexit are being encouraged to make submissions to a specially established House of Commons Committee.
The enquiry by the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee will give the people of Northern Ireland an opportunity to submit their views for consideration.
The Committee will look at a number of sub-inquiries, beginning with fisheries. Brexit will impact so many facets of life in Northern Ireland, affecting every industry.
Fine Gael Senator, Neale Richmond says: “I implore the people of Northern Ireland to have their voices heard now.
“The Northern Ireland Affairs Committee in Westminster has launched an inquiry into Brexit and its impact on Northern Ireland is an excellent opportunity for people to air their views on Brexit formally.
“With the lack of an Executive at this delicate time, the people of Northern Ireland are left without a voice at this monumentally important juncture.
“The Irish Government has been working very hard to impress upon our European partners and our friends in Britain just how much Brexit will impact this island.
“The Irish Government achieved the goals that they set out to achieve in Phase One. They have secured concrete commitments on the maintenance of the Common Travel Area, and on the protection of the Good Friday Agreement in all its parts and the gains of the peace process.
