Following on from Record Store Day, guerilla filmmaker Brendan Toller is allowing his I Need That Record Store! The Death (Or Possible Survival) Of The Independent Record Store documentary to be screened online for free this week.
Among those contributing to the debate are Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore, Dischord Records/Fugazi man Ian MacKaye, Patti Smith Group guitarist Lenny Kaye, The Minutemen’s Mike Watt, author/activist Noam Chomsky and loads more.
