Self-titled sophomore album out on June 17
Finally, the announcement we've waited over three years to hear...Bon Iver will release their second album on June 17. The sophomore set, succintly titled Bon Iver features frontman Justin Vernon taking a new musical direction with "slightly broader sound, more textured and not as spare or acoustic-heavy, with more synths and electric guitars" according to NPR Music in America who've listened to it.
The track listing and above artwork have also been released with Vernon literally following through on his "each song on the new album represents a place" promise.
