Blue Sun play tonight
You can catch them in Dublin's Gypsy Rose...
Fast establishing themselves as a live force around Dublin, Blue Sun continue to gig like mad and this evening is no exception. Playing in support of the always entertaining Stone Trigger – Irish keepers of the metal flame who launch their new EP tonight – Blue Sun will be providing a here-come-the-good-times soundtrack to the start of Euro 2012.
The homegrown four-piece make the classic side of rock their own. With plenty of riffage, a few decent onstage shapes and a formidable rhythm section, they'll likely raise the roof. Hard rock done well, essentially. Located on the Quays, the Rose is always good for a night out. Ignore the drizzle and get yourself down.
