New album for Belle and Sebastian
Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance due in January
New material from Belle & Sebastian is imminent, as the musical pride of Scotland have confirmed a new album for the new year.
Girls in Peacetime Want to Dance was recorded in Atlanta, under the stewardship of Ben H Allen (CeeLo, Animal Collective). It's the first full-length effort since 2010's Belle and Sebastian Write About Love. The interim period saw frontman Stuart Murdoch focusing his efforts on the movie God Help The Girl.
