Ant & Dec - aka PJ & Duncan - performed the cult hit on their show over the weekend...
Newcastle TV faves Ant & Dec welcomed a host of '90s pop bands to their Saturday Night Takeaway show over the weekend for a medley peformance, and delighted the crowd by then launching into their 1994 hit, 'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble'.
Stars of UTV show The Big Reunion - which sees former pop bands reunite for a one-off tour - joined the Geordie pair on their show. 5ive, Atomic Kitten and Blue all performed a hit from their extensive back catalogues, before Ant & Dec emerged and hit us with their 1994 PJ & Duncan classic, 'Let's Get Ready To Rhumble'.
The pair were decked out in full '90s gear as they sang, I'm Ant, I'm Declan / A duo, a twosome / So many lyrics / We're frightened to use 'em. The performace clearly went down well with nostalgic pop fans, as the single is now heading for the UK No. 1 spot! Yesterday saw the song reach No. 1 on iTunes, and it's already sold over 35,000 copies.
What's more, the loveable pair have just confirmed that all proceeds from the re-release will go to Childline:

Ant told Chris Evans on BBC Radio 2's Breakfast Show: "I've been trying to push it under the carpet! People are still buying the track, so we've just decided that any money we make out of it will be put towards Childline, as we're patrons of that."
Dec added: "[The producers] said we should... do PJ & Duncan at the end of [the show]. We were never thinking it would lead to anything, or anyone would buy the record or anything... At 37 it's a little bit harder than 19, it felt a lot quicker than in 1994! The last few days have been bewildering."
PSYCHE!
