Vibe for Philo is the annual celebration of the life and work of Thin Lizzy frontman, Phil Lynott. Vibe #31 will be titled "Saga of the Ageing Orphan".
After the heady heights of the 30th Vibe at Vicar Street last year, the organisers of the event took some time to rethink the format and consider how the next celebration should shape up.
Stating that "the Vibe took on a life of its own", the organisers discovered that news of their famed tribute had quickly spread, meaning that the line-up for 2017's event is shaped up to be another jam-packed three day event with a who's who of Thin Lizzy fans and ex-members.
Johnny “The Fox” Conlon - one of the few people who can inhabit the same vocal space as Phil Lynott - will be teaming up with long time Vibe favourites The Low Riders for a spectacular exploration of the back catalogue.
Legendary drummer and co-founder of Thin Lizzy - Brian Downey returns with his new band - Alive and Dangerous - who will be making their live debut at the 2017 event.
